About sand castles that have to look the same the next day, towels on sun loungers, not saying no, and other peculiarities that are understandable.

Bilateral working relationships require more than vague notions of “hygge” on the one hand and “order must be” on the other. All too often, ideas and misunderstandings that are actually easy to avoid block successful and speedy work processes.
We offer you a unique opportunity to better understand the cultural differences between Germany and Denmark and thus enable successful and efficient cooperation.
In our consultations and workshops, we deal with the four most important cultural levels:

1) The consequences of different power distances.
2) The Uncertainty Avoidance Index: A crucial factor in building a harmonious work structure.
3) Masculinity and femininity - a defining social difference.
4) Relationship between the individual and society - of emotionality and pragmatism.

Having emigrated to Denmark from Germany ourselves, we can share our first-hand experiences. In addition to the certainly great longing for nature and the sea, we felt particularly attracted by the positive school and educational structures in Denmark. We were able to experience a welcome and enjoy being part of a small Danish village (even though the Danish pronunciation is still a mystery to me personally).

The conscious understanding of a different life culture also enables broad reflection and tolerance in all other areas of life - and thus perhaps the foundation for peace, which we can really use in such times. Understanding between people from different countries can be difficult, but also very enriching and positively stimulating on many levels.

We would be happy to share our experience and knowledge with you and help you better understand the differences between the two countries.
After 25 years of advising individuals, families, and companies, it is undeniable for us that the success of a project depends on whether you manage to get access to the people involved.

Prepare your employees for the market on the other side of the border.
We are convinced that successful cooperation is only possible if you prepare for cultural differences with a high degree of understanding and sensitivity - because a faux pas in the other person's fundamental values can seriously block you under certain circumstances.

We also offer individual one-on-one coaching to help you prepare personally for German or Danish working life.
And - hardly anything offers as much room for humor as a bilateral meeting...
Let's bring the best of two worlds together.

With this in mind, we look forward to beautiful, sustainable days of working with you and/or your employees.
